5-YEAR WARRANTY CONDITIONS
We guarantee that any remanufactured carburetor will be free of any defect, in material or workmanship negligence for a period of, up to and including, five (5) years for labor and parts from the date of the original purchase. We have the sole discretion in determining whether the carburetor is covered under the warranty for labor and/or warranty for parts.
Should the carburetor prove defective by reason of workmanship negligence, and/or material as reasonably determined by Us, We agree, at Our option, to either repair or replace the carburetor free of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges. UFS is not responsible for any parts that was not originally supplied by Us from the original purchase. UFS is not responsible for the support of third party parts or modifications.
UFS will offer its best effort and support, but will reserve the right to refer to the appropriate third party support where appropriate. This warranty does not cover parts or modifications added to a carburetor after the unit is shipped from Us and/or accessories or parts that are not installed in Our site. Any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will, itself, be warranted only for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product being repaired or replaced.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing, sales tax, fees, and any other form of charge to the User is available on the payments page.
Pictures of products are for reference only and do guarantee, assure, or certify what our product will look like in person.
Core Exchange Policy
A core exchange is only applicable for remanufactured carburetors advertised in our online store. To receive a core exchange you must do the following:
Once you have correctly identified the carburetor that you are purchasing is the same as the core that you have;
Select the product you wish to purchase; on the right-hand side a drop-down box appears labeled "Core Exchange". Select the "With Core Exchange" option and the price will adjust according to the price displayed on the Red Ribbon on the store page.
Complete the check-out process. After you have paid for your product and submitted your order; you will receive an email with a shipping label on it.
Print the shipping label and ship us your old carburetor core.
Failure to ship the old carburetor core within 14 calendar days, will result in UFS charging you the price of the carburetor value equal to the advertised value on the original purchase date, with the "Without Core Exchange" option selected.
When you use our site and services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and we take serious measures protecting your information.
To address the elephant in the room, yes, we store any information that you fill out on our website. This is to make your browsing experience as easy as possible.
Don't worry! We are not currently, nor do we have plans to sell your data to advertisers. We do, send your data encrypted through servers around the world and your information may be processed in areas that it stops by. Regardless of where your information is processed we will apply the same protections across the board. We also comply with certain legal frameworks relating to the transfer of data, such as the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.
When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly.
The information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services
Services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may include Google services, be displayed to you in search results, or be linked from our services
All services that were completed to the specifications of the client, outlined by any communication the client had with UFS, is ineligible for a refund. These services include but are not limited too; Carburetor Repair, Carburetor Remanufacture, Partial Vehicle Diagnosis, Full Vehicle Diagnosis, and more. It should be noted that the services outlined previously are not name-exclusive. You understand that any service, where the service description is closely similar to another, falls under the same category, and thus is considered a service even if the service name isn't listed in this Return Policy.
If partial services were complete but the client wishes to not proceed with the full repairs, UFS will bill the client for any services completed up to that point, including any parts that were used for the service in question. UFS will immediately cease all job requests outline by the client and return the property or leave the premises, whichever action is dictated by the job duty.
UFS retains all rights and full authority when determining if a product is eligible for return. All items and products in question will be inspected and are to be returned in the original state they shipped in, this includes any "extra parts" that came with the product and the same condition that the product originally shipped as. Missing or damaged products being returned in which resulted in repair expenses, including but not limited too; replacement of parts, labor used for repairs, shipping expenses on part replacement, etc., on the product to return it to sellable standards, is to be paid in full, by the customer. After an inspection of the product, any repair expenses outlined by UFS will be deducted from the total refund to the customer.
All physical goods (Parts, Carburetors, Remanufactured Carburetors, etc.) may be returned to UFS as long as the original purchaser follows these steps:
The purchaser decides to return a purchased store item AND has completed step 2, outlined below, before the 30th Day following the original order date.
The purchaser must contact UFS by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject line containing "Return Request: [Order #]."
The purchaser agrees to pay for any Return Shipping fees - and any fees associated. After purchasing a Return Shipping label, the purchaser will ship the product in question no later than 14 days following the original return request - failure to ship the item in 14 days will result in the return request being rejected.
After paying for a Return Shipping label, the purchaser will Email UFS a tracking number. Once UFS receives the product and completes an inspect, a refund, with all applicable repair expense deducted, to the customer.
